Meet Latisha

Service Has Always Been Personal to Me.

My life and career have been shaped by service, leadership, and helping people navigate moments when clear information, compassion, and accountability matter.

I have spent years working in healthcare, technology, and project and program management, environments where people depend on you to listen, solve problems, communicate clearly, and follow through. Those experiences taught me that good service is about more than completing a task. It is about making sure people feel informed, respected, and supported throughout the process.

That perspective is a large part of why I am running for Register of Wills in Charles County.

Why I’m Running

For many families, their first real introduction to the Register of Wills comes during one of the most difficult times in their lives, after the of someone they love.

I'm running because I believe public service can both prepared and present.  Residents should know what this office does, where to find reliable information, and where to turn when they need assistance.

The office should reach you before you need it.

That is more than a campaign message. It is the standard of service I want to bring to Charles County.

Leadership Grounded in Service

Throughout my career, I have been trusted to lead people, manage complex responsibilities, improve processes, solve problems, and deliver results. Those experiences have strengthened the qualities I believe matter in public service: accountability, professionalism, attention to detail, compassion, and the willingness to listen.

I am not running simply to hold an office. I am running because I believe public offices should continually look for better ways to serve the people who depend on them.

Charles County deserves leadership that is present, prepared, and committed to serving well.
